From strategy call to signed clients, step by step

A defined build, a written target and a weekly rhythm. Here is exactly what happens, who does what and what you will see along the way.

The system

One path from ad to booked call

It starts with an offer that stands out. Then every prospect takes the same route, built for your firm. Here is each step, and what the numbers typically look like.

Where it starts

An offer that stands out

The moment someone clicks a tax relief ad, Meta starts showing them dozens of near-identical ones. If your firm looks the same as the rest, people choose on price.

  • Different. We find what genuinely sets your firm apart: credentials, process, focus, speed.
  • Better. We make it the best and only sensible option for the client you want.
  • Explained your way. A clear mechanism for how you solve the problem, put in words nobody else in your market uses.

The result: more people book, and the consultation is easier because they have already chosen you.

  1. AdYour professionals on camera, speaking to the problem
  2. Lead formName and contact, in seconds
  3. Landing pageWhy your firm, explained differently
  4. Qualifying questionsDebt, situation, urgency, against your rules
  5. VideoA short explainer from your team
  6. Booked callStraight into your calendar
  7. Confirmation pageWhat to expect, with reminders sent

What happens to every 100 people who view your page

  • 23% book a qualified call on their own. That is 23 of every 100.
  • +7 to 17% booked by a setter who calls within 1 to 3 minutes. Total: 30 to 40 of every 100.
  • The rest are followed up by email, SMS and WhatsApp until they are ready.
Example: 1,000 page views. 230 book themselves, setters lift that to 300 to 400 booked calls, and the other 600 or so are nurtured, not lost.

How the ads find what works

  • 8 videos. 2 scripts, each with 4 different hooks.
  • 20 statics. Different angles on the same offer.
  • The winners hit the KPIs and get the budget. The rest are cut, and new versions are made in the style of the winners.
Example: 28 creatives go live in week one. By week two, the 3 or 4 that hit the numbers carry the spend.
The outcome

A calendar that fills itself, every week of the year

Qualified prospects land in your calendar day by day, each with their situation already answered. You run the consultations, sign the right ones, and the pipeline builds behind you.

4 to 8qualified calls a day
20 to 40a week, into your calendar
12months of the year, not just tax season

Plus 11 more on Thursday and Friday.

Figures are averages across our live campaigns, shown as an example. Your results depend on your offer, market, budget and how quickly enquiries are contacted.

From signature to live campaigns

Strategy call

Before you sign. Thirty minutes on your sources, fees, capacity and intake. If we cannot reach a worthwhile target, we say so.

Your private channel

Day 1. You meet your team in a dedicated channel, so every question has a named owner.

Onboarding call

Days 1 to 3. With a founder: your offer, your niche, your ideal client and the rules for a qualified call.

Scripts, approval and filming

Days 3 to 7. We write the ad scripts, you approve them, your team films them in one session.

Editing and build

Days 7 to 12. Ads edited, landing page and video built, email, SMS and WhatsApp automations set up.

Launch and testing

Around day 14. Ads go live and the testing phase runs for 3 to 7 days. Most firms sign their first client within 2 to 4 weeks.

Scale

Every week, a written report and one clear decision. Winners get more budget, the rest are replaced.
