The buyer

Your ideal client does not know they need you yet

A business owner earning $400,000 does not search for tax planning. They assume their preparer has it covered. Most planning firms we meet win nearly every client by referral, which works until it does not, and gives no control over volume.

Marketing here has one job: show the right person, credibly, the gap between what they pay and what a proper plan could change. Then book only the ones who fit.

The outcome

Booked with the return in hand, ready to sign

Every planning prospect we book has shared their income band, entity type and last year's tax bill, and has been asked for their return before the call. Your planners spend their time on strategy, not discovery.

What we build

A planning pipeline that screens itself

Two creative tracks

An owner and an investor hear the same idea differently. We write for your two strongest client types and let the data choose.

Founder-led video

Short scripts for you or your planners to film, edited to a standard that matches your fees.

A booking flow that qualifies

Income band, entity type, last year's tax bill and a return upload before the calendar opens.

Year-end push

Real December 31 deadlines give owners a factual reason to act. Budget peaks in Q4.

Nurture for long cycles

Planning decisions take weeks. Email and retargeting keep your firm close until the owner is ready.

Reporting by engagement

Consultations, proposals and signed engagements, with fee value tracked through your CRM.

Questions

Planning firm questions

More answers on our FAQ page.

Can paid ads really find planning clients?

Yes, if the targeting and offer are right. Business owners rarely search for tax planning, but they respond to clear, specific explanations of what they are overpaying. The work is in the filtering, so you only meet people at your income floor.

Do prospects send their return before the call?

That is our default for planning firms. Asking for last year's return in the booking flow filters out the curious and lets your planner arrive prepared.

What engagement sizes do your planning clients sell?

From a few thousand dollars to six figures for complex cases, often priced as a share of tax saved. The higher your fee, the more screening we build in.

When is the best time to start?

Late spring through autumn, so campaigns are proven before the year-end window. Starting during prep season works if your planners have capacity.
